I have paid on layaway for several items,they used to be fair and honest..Now they send statements seldom so I do not know what I owe on each item..I have 3 layaways now and cannot loggin to see my account..Customer service is awful they want me to get someone else to type the info in the boxes like I do not know how to spell,I am given the runaround over the phone like I am a child..One said well I'm not there to help you so find a neighbor to put the info in and it will work..HaHa I was billed for something I did not buy and they do not give refunds..I paid 4 times for the 300.00 Gift Card and have never been able to find the site to use it..I could go on and on but I'm tired of fighting with people in customer service trying to get my items I have bought..also they have a new name but I cannot find it in my computer BAD SERVICE
